About Me

My earliest memories are of visiting family in Thailand, experiencing new cultures, and learning how people live, work, and make decisions around the world.

That early exposure to different ways of life taught me something I’ve carried ever since: while money may look different across cultures, trust and clarity are always universal.

In 2010, I earned a B.A. in Intercultural Studies, which gave me a deep understanding of how people think, process information, and make decisions. Later, I trained professionally in marketing strategy, search engine optimization, storytelling, and emotionally persuasive messaging — all skills I now apply to financial brands.

Today, I work with financial advisors, fintech startups, and finance educators who are great at what they do — but need help putting that expertise into words their audience actually understands. Whether you're explaining complex investment strategies or simplifying financial products for your clients, I help you build trust, sound like a human, and make your message clear from the first sentence.

    I use AI tools like ChatGPT to support parts of my writing process: generating ideas, exploring phrasing options, organizing complex information, or finding ways to simplify dense financial language. But every word delivered to you is written, reviewed, and refined by me — with full attention to your strategy, tone, and brand voice.

    AI helps with efficiency. Human judgment ensures your copy sounds like you, builds trust with your audience, and says what matters most.

  • Project timelines depend on the scope. As a general rule:

    • Website copy: 3–5 weeks

    • Blog articles: 1–2 weeks

    • Email sequences: 2–3 weeks

    Rush projects are occasionally available depending on my calendar.

  • I write with compliance sensitivity in mind, but as your copywriter, I’m not a licensed compliance professional. All final content should be reviewed and approved by your internal compliance or legal team before publication.

  • A 50% deposit secures your project on my calendar. The remaining 50% is due upon final delivery of approved copy. All payment details are outlined clearly in your proposal and agreement.

1. Discovery Call

We’ll start with a short, no-pressure call where you tell me about your project, goals, and challenges. I’ll ask some questions, you’ll ask some too, and we’ll both make sure it’s a good fit.

2. Proposal & Quote

After our call, I’ll send over a custom proposal outlining the scope of work, timeline, and pricing. You’ll know exactly what you’re getting — no mystery invoices, no surprises.

3. Onboarding & Brand Discovery

Once we’re official, I’ll send you a simple onboarding questionnaire (yes, more questions — but useful ones) that help me learn your brand voice, your audience, and your goals. This is where your expertise meets my clarity.

4. The Writing Phase

This is where the words happen. I’ll draft your copy and deliver it by the agreed deadline — polished, on-brand, and strategic.

5. Revisions & Refinement

You’ll have a chance to review and request revisions. Most projects include up to 2 rounds of revisions to make sure the copy feels exactly right.

6. Final Delivery

Once approved, you’ll receive your final files, fully polished and ready to launch. (And yes, I’m happy to coordinate with your designer or developer if needed.)
